2019 QCC Sunshine Coast Pro
The 2019 QCC Sunshine Coast Pro – part of the three-event 2019 Queensland Championship Circuit – is kickstarting June with two days of spectacular surfing on the Sunshine Coast.
Elite surfers from all over Australia will compete in all three events, which also include the QCC MP Classic and QCC Alley Classic on the Gold Coast. The Sunshine Coast Pro will mark the second event of the Queensland Championship Circuit, and will see competitors give it their all in Open Men’s and Open Women’s divisions, with the chance to win cash as well as represent Queensland at the 2019 Australian Titles.

World Environment Day Festival 2019
World Environment Day Festival 2019 invites all to celebrate the environment with a full-day program of live music, good food, market stalls and lots of fun for the kids.
WED is free to attend, and guarantees something for everyone to enjoy. Live music on the main stage will include Z-Star, Fat Picnic, Mitch King, Dan Horne and more. There’ll also be live art from David Houghton, April Greer and other renowned Australian artists, as well as guest speakers highlighting the importance of environmental conservation and how you can make a difference.
Kids will find plenty to keep them entertained in the Children’s Forest, including tree planting, painting and wildlife shows – and to top it off there’ll be a lively spread of market stalls and good food to enjoy as the day unfolds.
WED Festival 2019 comes to Maroochydore Rotary Park – just a short drive from Mooloolaba – on June 2.
Sea N Sound Festival
The Wharf Tavern’s ever-popular Sea N Sound Festival is back after its biggest event yet in 2018, and there’s a brand new lineup that isn’t to be missed.
2019 will mark Sea N Sound Festival’s fourth event, and it’s expected to draw in another huge music-loving crowd in the thousands. On this year’s lineup, catch Amy Shark, Busby Marou, Didirri, Ali Barter, OKA, I Know Leopard, Cheap Fakes and Livi Robins, and don’t miss the mouthwatering spread of craft beer and local seafood – the perfect way to party it up on the beachfront.

2019 Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show
Discover the Sunshine Coast’s diverse agriculture at the 2019 Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show – hosting its 114th event!
The annual Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show celebrates the region’s agricultural history with an unmissable three-day program for all ages. The show – which is one of the Sunshine Coast’s biggest yearly events – rounds up local performers, market stalls, fairground rides and farm animals to showcase the Sunshine Coast’s agricultural prestige, offering a fun, family-friendly celebration that only gets better with each year.
