Bella Venezia Restaurant and Bar
The Bella Venezia Restaurant has been running since January 1983. It is an a la carte restaurant on the Sunshine Coast. The menu features first-rate ingredients sourced from local Sunshine Coast produce, seafood from the Mooloolaba seafood port & quality imported Italian ingredients. The dishes are visually pleasing and delicious.
The restaurant features a selection of bread also called pane. There’s Pane Casa featuring 4 different homemade breads – Kalamata Olive, Garlic, Cheese, Sundried Tomato. Pane, Grissini e Olive which is House made bread, grissini sticks, marinated olives. Also, Pane Misto, Pizza base topped w/ 1/4 Napoli, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 due formaggi, 1/4 bocconcini.
They have small plates or share plates. Antipasto Semplice is a selection of cured meats, pickled & marinated vegetables, homemade preserves, warm homemade bread. Seafood Share Plate has Calamari, natural Coffin Bay oysters, grilled Mooloolaba King Prawns, yuzu infused aioli. Try the Ostriche (Coffin Bay Oysters) shucked daily to order: Natural; Raspberry vinaigrette; Chilli, ginger, rice wine vinegar; Fresh lime, mint, chilli; Kilpatrick.
They have a great selection of main courses. Pesce del Giorno is Tasmanian salmon w/ mixed leaf & citrus salad or seasonal vegetables. There’s also Agnello con Verdure or Lamb rump, seasonal vegetables, potato parsnip puree, lamb jus. Saltimbocca alla Romana are thin pieces of veal backstrap, parma ham, blackberries w/ seasonal vegetables, cabernet jus.
Pizza lovers will enjoy Bella Venezia double smoked ham, premium grade salami, red onion, mushrooms, kalamata olives, pineapple, capsicum, mozzarella fior di latte. Ferrara or local Mooloolaba prawns, mozzarella fior di latte, fennel, fresh chilli, dill, side of herb-lime yoghurt. There’s also Moreton Bay Bug which is Moreton Bay Bug meat, mozzarella fior di latte, capers, orange segments, radicchio, herbs, garlic base.

The Dock Mooloolaba is a brand new restaurant and bar at The Wharf Mooloolaba. The restaurant is known for smoked meats, charcoal grill and quality beers, with an extensive wine and spirit selection. The restaurant features a warm and friendly atmosphere with a backdrop set in a riverside location. It will feature three bars and 52 beer taps featuring 16 different top-quality beers. The Dock will be open from 11 am to midnight and is the perfect venue for lunch and dinner or drinks and snacks.
