Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 2.00pm

Check-out: 10.00am

Guests arriving outside of office hours are requested to phone us on 07 5444 1255 or via email advising expected arrival time. It is suggested that guests arriving via car come to the car parking entrance 9 Burnett Street and phone the business number which is on the sign at the entrance to allow easy access to the car park and from there to the office for check in.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require credit card details or a $400 cash bond upon check in

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 0-7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 7 - 14 days prior arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited / If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged

**Please Note that the Reception closes at 5pm Weekdays and 3pm Weekends and public holidays. If you are checking in outside these hours you need to contact office to arrange final payment and instructions on how to access your key.

Deposit paid at time of booking.

We have a tour desk and are able to book tours and airport transfers as required.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, access is available throughout the building with 1GB free daily to guests. Any extra is available for purchase at an extra minimum cost.

Q: What facilities do you have?

We have a heated pool with attached spa. The pool is open from 7am until 9pm.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, we offer secure and free car parking available.

Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen is provided & Beach towels are available to hire.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

The apartment is serviced for bookings of more than 7 days.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes.

Q: Is your resort child-friendly?

Child friendly pool. Porta cots available for hire $25 1 night $50 per week. High Chairs at $25 per week. Community playground within 50 metres with the patrolled beach being 60 metres from the Aegean.

General information about our location.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants all available within short walking distance including the Wharf Tavern, Mooloolaba Yacht Club, Mooloolaba Surf Club and Mooloolaba Bowls Club.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Local buses 100 metres. Taxis available and airport transfers can be booked with the local company. Car hire can be arranged.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

50 metres from the Mooloolaba Surf Club and 60 metres from the patrolled north facing beach. Surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques and entertainment venues and easy walking distance to the local supermarket. 100 metres to Sea Life and the Wharf Precinct and an easy walk to the Mooloolaba Bowls Club. Public transport is approximately 100 metres from the Aegean. Guests wishing to visit Australia Zoo are able to travel by public transport.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Coles supermarket and 7 to eleven stores are an easy walk from the Aegean. Guest are able to order their groceries online with both Coles and Woolworths and have them delivered to their apartment prior to their arrival.
