It attracts great crowds keen to watch artists at work using human bodies as their canvases. There are many displays during this event including face painting!

There are plenty of things to see at the Australian Body Art Festival such as wearable art (fashion made from recycled items), photography, street performers, market stalls, music and parades.

The theme for this year is Wonderland which will open new ideas and dimensions for the artists and spectators to step in.

There are various competitions during this event: brush and sponge, airbrush, special effects, face painting, photography and wearable art.

The Australian Body Art Festival will be on 8-9 April 2017 at the Cooroy Mill Place.
